Chapter 23. Calendar
Entourage provides a calendar you can use to record upcoming appointments and events, whether they occur only once or many times. You can schedule reminders for events, send and receive meeting invitations, and view your calendar in a variety of formats.
Upcoming events can also be viewed in My Day, a new utility program introduced in Office 2008 (see Chapter 27). And if you have an Exchange Server account, you can create and view additional calendars that are stored on the server (see Chapter 28).
Viewing the Calendar
