23. Managing Email in Outlook
Although Outlook is a multitasker’s dream in terms of its different functions, one of its primary purposes is that of email client. Considering that most of us (no matter what our vocation) send and receive large volumes of email, you will find that Outlook takes the “mess” out of messages (as opposed to putting the “fun” in dysfunctional) and enables you to communicate with others in an organized and effective manner.
