Launching a Macro from a Button

You and your colleagues can run any macro any time you want by right-clicking it and clicking the Run option, but there is a better way to let your colleagues run a macro whenever they want. To do that, you can create a command button on a form and tell Access to run the macro whenever someone clicks the button. The Main Switchboard form that appears when you open the Northwind sample database has several such buttons that let you print sales reports or open the main database window.
