Using Handwriting Recognition
Excel's new handwriting recognition feature gives you the option of entering text in Excel using a handwriting input device, such as a graphics tablet and stylus, or using your mouse.
To begin, click the Handwriting button on the Language bar and choose an input method. Choose Writing Pad to display a dialog-box style input area, or choose Write Anywhere to allow handwriting input to occur anywhere on the screen. When you do so, the corresponding button appears to the right of the Handwriting button. You can subsequently click this button to turn on and off the selected handwriting input method.
