Formatting an Entire Web Site

FrontPage 2003 uses cascading style sheets to apply themes, so files with applied themes are smaller than those created in previous versions of FrontPage, which used HTML themes by default. HTML themes involve a lot more code in each file. If you’re working with files created in a previous version of FrontPage that had HTML themes applied, those themes will still work.
