Recording an Issue

Tracking issues is an important task in any project. In fact, one of the formal documents used in project management is an issue log, which is a document that lists items such as a software bug, a resource request, incomplete specifications, missing components, or similar types of issues. An issue log is used to identify each issue as well as the type of issue, its status and priority, who identified the issue, and who is assigned to resolve it.
