Adding Documents to a Workspace
Office Live Workspace enables you to add documents to the space two different ways. You can upload documents one at a time, or, if you’re working with a collection of files, you can add them all at once.
If you decide to add multiple files, Office Live Workspace will download and install an ActiveX control so that you can choose the files you want and upload them at one time.
Uploading Individual Files
To add a single file to your Office Live Workspace, click Add Document and choose Single Document. In the Choose File dialog box, navigate to the folder containing the file you want to upload. Select it and click Open. The file is added to the documents list.
