Importing Data from Another Program

If you switch to Outlook from Outlook Express, Windows Mail, or Eudora, you might want to import your existing messages and contacts so that you can continue working with them. Importing messages, addresses, and data into Outlook saves the time you’d need to re-create them manually.

Retrieve Internet Mail and Addresses

1. In Outlook, choose Import And Export from the File menu.

2. Select Import Internet Mail And Addresses.

3. Click Next.
