Viewing Your Contacts Folder

Outlook lets you view your contacts as a series of single address cards or all at once, moving through your Contacts folder as if it were an electronic phone book or address book. Another way to look at your contact information is through the Outlook Address Book, which lists contacts alphabetically.

Use the Contacts Folder

  1. Click the Contacts icon on the Navigation Pane.

  2. Choose Current View from the View menu. (You can also simply click a view in the Navigation Pane.)
