Creating Marketing Campaigns

Another feature of Business Contact Manager is the capability to create, launch, and manage marketing campaigns. The integration of marketing campaigns into Business Contact Manager enables you to leverage your existing information on business contacts, accounts, and sales leads to directly communicate your marketing efforts with clients and potential customers and to track the results.

It is easy to create a new marketing campaign. You can start by clicking the Marketing Campaigns folder (or choosing Business Contact Manager on the toolbar and selecting Marketing Campaigns) and then double-clicking an empty spot in the Marketing Campaigns folder.
