Managing Your Business Contact Manager Data
After you go through the time and trouble of setting up accounts, contacts, opportunities, and your product list, you certainly don’t want to have to go through it all again if your system crashes. So you should regularly back up your Business Contact Manager database. If your system does crash, or if the database is lost for some other reason, you can recover the database from the backup copy.
