Requirements, Prioritization, and Project Planning for Project Server
There are many ways to implement Project Server. No matter which methodology is used, however, each requires planning. In fact, the one thing that you should remember from this part of the book is that if you don’t take the planning seriously for your project, it will almost certainly fail.
