Workflow Management
Workflow is enabled by default, and it’s enabled or disabled on a per-Web-application basis. When workflow is enabled, users can use workflow templates that have been created either by themselves or by workflow designers. Designers of workflows can use Microsoft Designer or Visual Studio 2005 for creating additional workflows for users to access and start a workflow model.
A second configurable option determines how a document workflow takes place if a user does not have access to the site where the actual document is stored.
