Major Milestone 1: Design Phase

Once you have gathered your base requirements, communicated them among the stakeholders, and defined the process for your design, you enter the design phase. The design phase should be very flexible so you can adapt to additional requirements that you must include, as well as changing requirements based on the iterative learning process.
