Viewing a Presentation
PowerPoint has four views to help you create, organize, and display presentations:
In Normal view, you can work with a presentation in three ways: as a text outline or set of slide miniatures (called thumbnails) in the Outline/Slides pane; as a slide in the Slide pane; and as speaker notes in the Notes pane.
In Slide Sorter view, you can preview an entire presentation as thumbnails—as if you were looking at photographic slides on a light board—and easily reorder the slides. If titles are hard to read in this view, you can hide the slide formatting by holding down the key and the mouse button.
