E-mail and Web documents are bringing the paperless office closer to reality, but the most common way to distribute a finished document is still to print it. Printing is mostly a job for Windows—Word prepares your document, and then hands it off to Windows.
On the Office menu, point to the arrow next to the Print command, and click Print Preview in the gallery that appears.
Scroll through the document, using the scroll bars or the Page Up and Page Down keys to examine the layout of your pages.
