7.3. PerformancePoint 2007 Dashboard Designer
From this point forward in the chapter we'll explore the PerformancePoint Monitoring and Analysis application (sometimes referred to as "M & A"). Figure 7-3 shows the PerformancePoint 2007 Dashboard Designer. It uses the Office 2007 Ribbon menu user interface, which gives the immediate look and feel of Microsoft Office applications. The Dashboard Designer is a simplified version of the Visual Studio integrated design environment, with content panes on the left, a design canvas in the center, and "explorer" panes on the right to find all the components of the dashboard design.
Click the Office Button icon.
Choose Open on the pop-up menu.
Browse to the desired dashboard sample, and click Open.
