8.9. Virtual Earth in a Business Intelligence Context
We're going to use Microsoft's Virtual Earth technology to wrap up this Office Business Intelligence book on an interesting note: the extension of BI to real-time maps! If we agree that good BI presentations provide a compelling visual display, then it makes sense that maps can be used to show BI data locations when we have city, county, and country information that can be incorporated into the data picture.
