Chapter 19. Formatting Views

Microsoft Project 2010 provides many “preformatted” views that you can use to look at project information. These views are organized into Gantt or graphical views, Usage or sheet views, and forms for task data entry. For instance, the Gantt views show schedule, tracking, and cost information in a combination view made up of a table of data items and the graphical schedule display with preset graphical formatting. Usage views are also combination views made up of a table of data items and a time-phased display of values, including work and costs.
