Lesson 14Retain Project History
Now that your project sponsor has signed off on project acceptance, you're really just about finished. There are only a few more tasks to complete the closing process of your project. Before you and your team scatter to other responsibilities, take the time to capture lessons learned and archive important project documents.
In this lesson, you learn how to work with your project team in reflecting on the project and conducting the project review to gather lessons learned. You effectively document your project processes and archive its history. These final closing activities ensure that you and your team articulate and record the challenges and successes, not only for your own professional development, but for the success of future project managers and teams implementing similar types of projects.
