Chapter 9. Building a Contact Management Solution

In this chapter, you will create a basic contact management solution that goes beyond the standard SharePoint Contacts list but not as far as more full-featured customer relationship management (CRM) products. The solution will be based on core SharePoint components available in SharePoint Foundation 2010 and Office 365 for Professionals and Small Businesses, including lists, views, and no-code customizations.
