Locking down Form Pages in an Internet Site

The lockdown Feature, specific to SharePoint Server 2010 publishing sites, enables you to hide form pages, such as list and library view pages or the View All Site Content page, from anonymous users.

Note

The lockdown Feature is specific to SharePoint Server 2010 and is not available in SharePoint Foundation 2010.

The lockdown Feature is by default activated on publishing site templates, including the Enterprise Wiki site template and Publishing Portal site template.
