New ASPX Page from Master

By choosing to create a New (ASPX) Page from Master, a new ASPX page is created with the site’s master page. The advantage of choosing this option is that, rather than having to later attach a master page to the ASPX page, you instead immediately cloak the new page with the existing site look and feel, such as navigation and banner. You can more easily see the overall page appearance as you begin to edit the main content region of the page.
