Pasting Content Directly from Word
One concern when locking down styles is whether or not users are still able to paste content from Microsoft Word and override any constraints currently applied to the rich text editor. When you paste content into a rich HTML field, there is an additional paste option (via the ribbon’s Paste command drop-down) to paste as plain text. However, users typically copy and paste directly into the page, using either the default Paste command or CTRL+V, which results in HTML being pasted into the page. Unfortunately, simply using the rich HTML field constraints does not stop users from pasting content from Word documents and does not automatically set any content added to plain text, discussed below.
