Doing a Phase 0 High Availability Assessment
Okay, we've got our team together and have scheduled the major events and meetings for the HA assessment and selection. Now you need to introduce all members to what an HA assessment is and what are the key things that you are tying to identify. You will usually present the main HA assessment ideas below during your kickoff session and explain them thoroughly, and be ready to show examples of each in the meeting. I would also recommend providing this high-level list to all members before you meet for the first time to help set the stage.
