I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Configuring Distributed Replay
To begin using Distributed Replay you must create configuration files that relate to the Distributed Replay components. The configuration files, which are specified in XML, are shown in the following list:
1. Controller Configuration File (DReplayController.config).
2. Client Configuration File (DReplayClient.config).
3. Process Configuration File (DReplay.exe.preprocess.config).
4. Replay Configuration File (DReplay.exe.replay.config).
Default configuration files can be found in the SQL Server tools folder (for example C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Serv-er\120\Tools\) or subfolders related to the specific component. These files have options related to the process that they are associated with. You can modify ...
