I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Distributed Replay Administrative Tool
The Distributed Replay administrative tool is a console application that is used to communicate with the Distributed Replay controller. The executable file associated with this tool is named DReplay.exe and can be found in the SQL Server tools folder (for example C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\120\Tools\Binn).
The DReplay.exe application can be used to initiate, monitor and cancel replay operations. The syntax for using this application and performing these operations follows:
dreplay {preprocess|replay|status|cancel} [options] [-?]}Usage: dreplay preprocess [-m controller] -i input_trace_file -d controller_working_dir [-c config_file] [-f status_interval]
