Enhancing the Report Appearance
After you finalize the data layout, you can then improve your report by configuring properties to manage the location and size of report items, change the formatting of report items, or control the paging of the report. For large reports, you might add page breaks to separate the report into logical groupings. If your report contains multiple pages, you might add page headers and page footers to repeat information on each page such as the report title and page number.
