Using the Report Model Wizard
The Report Model Wizard prompts you to select a DSV, to choose the report model generation rules to apply, and to specify whether to generate or update model statistics. You can use only one DSV as input for the wizard. In general, you should keep the default report model generation rules until you understand better how rules affect the structure of the report model. The wizard stores cardinality information and the distinct count of instances for each column in the DSV as model statistics and then uses the model statistics to set properties for model objects.
