Managing Subscriptions

You can manage subscriptions effectively by creating shared schedules, viewing active subscriptions, and deleting subscriptions. A shared schedule makes it easier for users to assign a subscription to a schedule. To view active subscriptions, you must open a report’s subscriptions page. There, you can see when the subscription was last run and the status of the last subscription execution. If you are running a native-mode report server, you can also open the My Subscriptions page to view all subscriptions on the server in a single location. You can edit the schedule for a subscription at any time, and when a subscription is no longer needed, you can delete it.
