Parameters are another way to add interactivity as well as flexibility to your reports. A common way to use parameters is to prompt the user for input, although you can also use expressions or queries to set parameter values. Either way, you can use the parameters value to change the appearance or behavior of the report by using it in an expression to set a property, apply a filter, or send data to a related report.
