Chapter 22. Working with map elements

As with most aspects of Reporting Services reports, you have many options for configuring the appearance and behavior of map elements. You can create a map by using a wizard and then enhance it by adding additional map layers. You can configure properties that control the layout and look of the map, and you can position supporting elements like legends and scale. You can also access a collection of properties to link data to each map layer and control colors, line widths, marker sizes, or marker types of spatial elements in each layer based on analytical data.
