Time for action – creating synonyms and setting standardization

In this example, we will create some synonyms for countries, for instance, USA, United States, and US. And we will also set the standardization format for the Knowledge Base domains. Perform the following steps:

  1. Open Address KB in the Domain Management mode.
  2. Select the Country domain and then go to the Domain Values tab.
  3. Add two new domain values: USA and US.
  4. Select these three values: United States, USA, and US. Then click on Set selected domain values as synonyms, which is the fourth icon from the left on the top-right-hand side icons' list.
