This chapter introduced the use of Reporting Services throughout to support the reporting life cycle. Basic report authoring techniques were discussed for both enterprise and ad hoc reports, and you learned how to build a report model to support ad hoc report development in Report Builder. You also learned how to perform administrative tasks to manage report server content, control report server behavior, and monitor performance. With this foundation, you have enough knowledge to begin using Reporting Services for delivering information easily throughout your organization.
