Configuring the Active Directory Management Pack
With OpsMgr 2012, the management pack can be downloaded and imported directly from the Web Catalog. (Reference the instructions on how to download and install MPs earlier in this chapter.)
In the event a manual import is required, the following order of import should be followed. After downloading and installing this MP, the default location of the MP files is located in c:\Program Files (x86)\System Center Management Packs\Active Directory Operations Manager 2012 MP. The management packs in that directory should be imported in the following order:
• Active Directory Server Common Library
• Active Directory Server 2000 Discovery
• Active Directory Server 2003 Discovery
