Configuring Problem Settings

Before working with problems, a number of settings should be configured. These settings are as follows:

• Problem ID prefix

• File attachment limits

• Priority calculation

The problem prefix and attachment limits are optional configurations. The priority calculation must be set for the proper computation of priority from the urgency and impact values.
