Installing Integration Packs
System Center 2012 ships with a set of standard activities that are useful for creating workflows involving the most common operations. To expand on this default functionality and allow integration with other Microsoft software as well as third-party platforms and products, Integration Packs are available from the Microsoft Download Center. For example, Microsoft provides Integration Packs for all of the System Center products, as well as Active Directory, VMware vSphere, IBM Tivoli, and a number of other third-party products and technologies.
