Foreword

A high percentage of Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager projects don’t deliver on their promises as they should. While each Service Manager implementation has its own unique challenges, all the successful projects share certain common attributes and experiences. In this book, the authors, Thomas Ellermann, John Clark, Kathleen Wilson, and Karsten Nielsen, who collectively represent close to 60 years of IT consulting experience, express this sentiment and provide a blueprint to help deliver successful Service Manager implementations.
