Planning and defining the responsibilities for a compliance program
As discussed in Chapter 5, Starting an Enterprise Compliance Program, to ensure a successful compliance project, each of the different stakeholders must be included. Stakeholders provide input for the compliance program, such as knowledge on compliance requirements, meaningful control objectives, and activities in addition to support. This recipe will show which stakeholders should be included and what involvement or responsibilities will be required of them within it.
