Publishing Service Offerings and Request Offerings
After creating Request and Service Offerings, as described in the previous two recipes, you need to publish both types of Offerings. As long as the Offerings are in the Draft status, they will not be visible in the SCSM 2016 portal to the end users.
A best practice for publishing Request and Service Offerings is to use Change Management with approvals for the publishing.
