Creating the DPM Certificate Template

Complete the following steps on the Enterprise CA server in the TRUSTED forest. The server should have the Active Directory Certificate Services installed and configured as your Enterprise CA:

  1. Connect to the Enterprise CA with the appropriate credentials and open the Certification Authority console. To access the console, right-click on the Start button, type certsrv.msc in the Search field, and press the Enter key. 
  2. Expand the Certification Authority so that you can see Certificate Templates:

  1. Right-click Certificate Templates and then click Manage.
  2. In the details pane of the Certificate Templates
