Copying a Web Site with Visual Web Developer
You have installed a Web server, created a new site, and made sure that it can serve ASP.NET pages. Now you can use Visual Web Developer to copy the site to the server. There are four ways to copy a site: File System, Local IIS, FTP Site, and Remote Web Site.
File System. This is similar to the manual copying and pasting you did with the Chapter 3 .aspx page.
Local IIS. This enables you, when you run Visual Web Developer as administrator, to copy your project by using Web protocols.
FTP Site. Many hosting service providers allow you to upload your files to the Web server directory by using FTP
