Chapter 6. Voice Collaboration

In 2005, I wrote a book titled Professional Live Communications Server 2005 published by Wrox Books. One of my favorite chapters in that book and one of my favorite topics when discussing Microsoft’s collaboration products and services is how these products and services integrate with our daily activities. Most businesses run the ever-popular and most dominant information worker suite on the planet—Microsoft Office. Now, in its 2007 release, Microsoft Office offers business workers, students, and even home users the most innovative collaborative platform in the marketplace, connecting applications, devices, and more importantly people on a global scale.
