[RegionalSettings]
The [RegionalSettings] section applies to unattended-answer files and Sysprep.inf.
If you include [RegionalSettings] in the unattended-setup answer file, you must also use the /copysource:lang command-line option of Winnt32.exe so that Setup copies the appropriate language files to the hard disk. The command winnt32/copysource:lang copies all the files in the i386\Lang folder from the source location to %SYSTEMROOT%\Lang folder on the target computer.
