Common Tasks

As you'd expect, Movie Maker has common commands for many housekeeping tasks you perform in the Storyboard and Timeline views. Here are the major ones, shown in the Timeline view for simplicity.

To delete assets

1.
Select the asset to delete. Movie Maker highlights the clip.
2.
Do one of the following:
  • Press the Delete key.
  • From the Movie Maker main menu, choose Edit > Delete (Figure 9.32).

  • Right-click and choose Delete (Figure 9.33).
