Using Movie Maker's Effects Interface
This section covers the basics of accessing and applying Movie Maker's special effects. Later sections explore some key special effects.
You should be aware of three fundamental rules before working with special effects:
You can't configure any effects, whether they are supplied by Microsoft or Pixelan. For example, if you want to adjust the strength of an effect, you simply apply it multiple times to the target clip.
You can apply up to six special effects (or one effect six times) to any clip.
