Using Fax Services
Windows Server 2003 includes a surprisingly useful set of fax capabilities that permit you to send and receive faxes, set up a fax server on your network, as well as deliver received faxes to an e-mail address or directly to a printer.
To set up the Fax service, open the Printers And Faxes folder and choose Set Up Faxing from the File menu. This installs the Fax service and creates a Fax printer in the Printers And Faxes folder (double-click it to open the self-explanatory Fax Console). To administer fax services, use the Fax Service Manager as described in the following sections.
