Initial Configuration
ISA Server’s default settings prohibit all Internet access, so to enable ISA Server, you need to change some settings. (Microsoft did this so that total security is ensured until you consciously allow access to the network.)
ISA Server provides the Getting Started Wizard to guide you through this initial setup. Table 33-3 describes the default settings of a freshly installed ISA server. For more complete control over the various aspects of ISA Server, use the console tree to locate the appropriate element, as described in “Administering ISA Server” later in this chapter. The Getting Started Wizard provides an abbreviated list of options for each task.
