Print Management is a new snap-in to Windows Vista, included by default. Print Management provides real-time details about the status of printers and print servers on your network. Administrators can leverage Print Management to automatically install printer connections to groups of client computers. Print Management can help administrators find printers that have error conditions through the use of filters or can even send email notifications or run scripts when a printer or print server needs attention.
