Setting Advanced Backup Program Options
In addition to setting options for a specific backup job while creating that job, you can set a few options for the backup program itself. To get to these options, open the Tools menu and select Options. This opens an Options dialog, the various tabs of which are covered in the next several sections.
General
The General tab (see Figure 21.10), contains a number of advanced options for how backups are handled. These options include the following:
